Our datacenter provider in New York has identified a faulty router line card and will be replacing it during this window to resolve the hardware fault.
All game servers on our NYC nodes may experience periods of sub-optimal network performance on certain paths while the replacement takes place. The estimated impact window is up to 1 hour, and servers are expected to stay online throughout. The full window is reserved by the provider, so the actual period of degraded performance is expected to be shorter.
No action is needed on your part. If you continue to see connectivity or latency issues after the window closes, please open a ticket with an MTR to your server and we will investigate.
