Impact: Some customers may be unable to access certain pages of their server panel or receive unexpected permission errors.
We are currently investigating an issue affecting the WinterNode Game Control Panel. Some users are encountering a "Server Error" in the developer console or a tool-tip message indicating they need the "Details - Read" or other permissions even if they are the Server Owner or have the appropriate access permissions.
Our Panel Team has been notified and will be actively working to identify the root cause and restore expected access permissions. We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
Note: Game Servers are not affected and remain online if previously turned on prior to this incident.
