    Our Chicago service provider will be performing scheduled maintenance to upgrade the operating system on one of their redundant core routing and switching platforms.

    Their network is built with redundant infrastructure to minimize customer impact during this work. However, some customers may experience brief interruptions in connectivity while the affected devices reboot and services are restored.
