We've determined the issue is related to DNS and have received a response from our Panel Team confirming an outage in the DNS Server which handles subdomains.

We have not been given a timeframe for when this service will be restored.

Direct IPs and Domains not hosted by WinterNode are not affected.

We are currently receiving an increase in reports regarding custom subdomains provided by our Panel are reporting "Unknown Host" and no longer resolving. We have notified the Panel Team.

Our automated monitoring system has reported MC.LON1 as online again. We'll be monitoring for the next 30 minutes any new support tickets or issues with starting servers before marking this node as operational and resolving this incident.

We have not received confirmation from our service provider regarding this outage, however, we believe it may be related to a hardware request ticket we sent in earlier regarding a missing memory stick.
