Why: This work is being performed to upgrade their IP transit service from Lumen (AS3356) to 100G. This upgrade is part of ongoing efforts to improve long-term network reliability and performance.
When: Start: Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at 2:45 PM Central Time End: Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at 4:30 PM Central Time
Impact: No customer impact is expected. However, intermittent packet loss or routing changes may occur while upstream traffic is rerouted.
This maintenance is being performed by our upstream provider and is outside of our direct control. HostVenom staff will monitor all systems throughout the event to ensure service continuity.
