    At this time, vps.chi1 remains online. However, as a precaution, we're working to migrate clients off of vps.chi1 and onto our other VPS nodes in the next few days.

    We'd like to offer any VPS clients affected, the ability to do an early migration. IP addresses will not change and all other data should remain intact. We recommend taking a backup before the migration occurs for extra assurance.

    The hardware transfer has been completed, but it appears there's an error with networking which prevents servers from starting or being displayed in the Game Panel. We are looking into this issue.

    A backup has been taken of the node data and a request has been submitted to our Service Provider to exchange the machine as soon as possible within this maintenance window. We will keep you updated.

    We have identified and received multiple reports of unplanned server restarts occurring randomly on this particular machine. To address this issue, we will be performing an emergency maintenance as soon as possible. Prior to the hardware replacement, we will take a backup of the node data. All parts will be exchanged, except for the storage drives.

    Please note that the listed maintenance schedule is tentative and may be subject to change. We plan to provide a 30-minute notification before initiating the replacement process and anticipate the entire procedure to take less than an hour to complete.

    We've been notified of some difficulties with managing game servers on CHI14 via our Game Control Panel. You may see the following error at the top of your screen - "We're having some trouble connecting to your server, please wait…".

    Any game servers that were already online prior to this issue will continue to stay online. SFTP operations seem to be functioning as usual. We have notified our Panel Team and continue to investigate this issue.
