Our Panel Developers are continuing to await the response of the Data Center to provide guidance or intervene.

Our Panel Developers have acknowledged this issue and are linking this issue with a Dedicated Server not responding. The developers have ticketed the appropriate Data Center Provider for further assistance.

No further issues have been reported. Service Provider has provided the following Reason For Outage.

Here are the details of this operation: BIOS check Date 2021-10-22 15:04:01 BST (UTC +01:00), BIOS check: Server crashed and booted to OS properly after soft reboot but it was running old BIOS version so I've flashed the newest provided.

Our Monitoring Software has marked the service as online again. We'll be monitoring for the next couple of hours to ensure all is stable.

Our Panel Team has resolved this issue!

We've identified the issue associated with our automated DB Manager not being able to access our MySQL Server to provision databases. We're working with our Panel and Backend Team to resolve this issue.

Panel Team has now given an all-clear for Panel to be accessible again. Stability and Speed will increase as all webservers catch-up.

Panel Team has begun service restoration and syncing of geo-located nodes to restore quorum.

Service Providers were conducting Network Maintenance to increase DDoS processing capacity, however, have now reported a misconfiguration of a router.

Our Panel Team has acknowledged the issue and are awaiting service providers to resolve a networking issue on their end.

Machine has been pulled from production pool. Marking Resolved as no customers are impacted at this time.

This component is now labeled inactive/permanent maintenance until further notice.

All clients have been successfully moved off the CHI18 machine.

Our Panel Team has just declared our Game Control Panel as accessible again. Our monitors are reporting online status as well.

You may experience intermittent issues as all geo-locations are re-syncing data.
