    We will be conducting maintenance on mc.chi4.winternode.com, November 29th 2021. The node (and all gameservers on it) will be taken offline for approximately 30 minutes. Our expected start time is in the afternoon of Central Time.

    Customers with services that are not on mc.chi4.winternode.com will not be impacted.

    Here are the details of this operation: BIOS check Date 2021-10-22 15:04:01 BST (UTC +01:00), BIOS check: Server crashed and booted to OS properly after soft reboot but it was running old BIOS version so I've flashed the newest provided.

    All clients have been successfully moved off the CHI18 machine.

    We are currently investigating an issue regarding hardware performance on MC.CHI18. We're actively contacting Clients on this node to migrate them to unaffected nodes, to continue gameplay without experiencing instability due to our testing.

    Server Migration should be completed by the end of the week and only takes 1 hour for each server transferred. Testing and Extended Maintenance will follow throughout the weekend.
